Essentials of Leadership

If you want to improve your leadership practice and learn new ways to inspire and motivate others, then this course is for you!

Essentials of Leadership provides the opportunity to develop your understanding and application of good practice. It will help you make best use of your personal qualities, skills and attributes. Through the course you will be supported to develop a leadership style and practice which is authentic to you, is adaptable and always growing and developing.

Who is it for?
This course is most suited to heritage and culture professionals already in or moving towards a leadership role, especially those looking for ways to improve or build upon their practice.

Who runs the course?
The course director is Kiz Crosbie, artistic director of Mortal Fools. Kiz utilises her extensive experience of facilitating training for people from all walks of life, together with sharing her own experiences of leadership – the good, the bad and the ugly!

When & where is it?
The course will combine a one-day workshop, personal reflection and on-going peer discussion to give you the most beneficial learning experience possible.

Course fee?
It is £125 for GEM members and £160 for non-members, which includes tuition, course materials, lunch and refreshments during the workshop.
