30 July 2020 @ 10:00 - 11:15

Free – £5

Discover how three different organisations: Northern Ireland’s War Memorial Museum, Museum of London and Magic Me, re-focused their work with people living with dementia/at risk of isolation during lockdown. Hear what they learned and how they are moving forward.

Is your museum/heritage organisation with people living with dementia, their family or older people at risk of isolation? Are you hoping to work with people living with dementia, their family or older people at risk of isolation? Join us and discover how three different organisations met the challenge of continuing their work during lockdown.
Northern Ireland’s War Memorial Museum, together with the British Gymnastics Foundation, continued to keep people active; The Museum of London’s Memories of London project team moved their face to face project to remote delivery and Magic Me, an intergenerational arts charity, will share what they have learned as they responded to Covid 19 by finding new ways to meet and party at a distance.
