Developing Adult Programmes and Audiences

4 October 2019 @ 10:30 - 16:30

£175 – £195

With a growing market for events, courses and things to do, museums are competing to engage and diversify adult audiences in new and exciting ways. This one-day course will explore how to run an adult programme, from ideas and inspiration to budgeting and maximising revenue. Learning from V&A case studies including high profile talks, festivals and workshops, you will create a workshop plan and receive feedback.

Sessions are delivered by Jo Banham, former Head of the Adult Programmes at the V&A and members of the Learning Academy team. This one-day course is a practical look at how to come up with ideas for developing a rich learning programme to appeal to a wide audience and how to create income generating opportunities.
