Che cosa si intende per educazione al patrimonio culturale e per didattica? Quali sono le conoscenze e le competenze dell’educatrice/educatore museale? Quali i percorsi formativi più adeguati ed efficaci inerenti alla professione? Come attivare il reclutamento, il riconoscimento e la tutela occupazionale?
Il Gruppo di lavoro costituito da esperti, referenti di AIEM | GEM Italy | ICOM Italia | NEMO è impegnato a promuovere incontri con professionisti del settore, che operano in Italia e all’estero, al fine di fornire acquisizioni aggiornate, contributi e linee guida in tale ambito di ricerca e di operatività.
Il primo incontro intende affrontare due aspetti “di base”, esplicitati con i binomi “educazione al patrimonio culturale/didattica” e “formazione/esperienza sul campo”.

What do we mean by heritage education and by didactic? What knowledge and competencies identify a museum educator? What training is most effective and suited to this profession? How can we activate recruitment, recognition and advocacy for the sector? The working group established by AIEM | GEM Italy | ICOM Italia | NEMO promotes open conversations with industry professionals, working in Italy and abroad, with the aim of sharing up-to-date theoretical and practical reflections, contributions and guidelines. In this first event we will start by addressing some foundational topics, described by two pairs of words: ‘heritage education/didactic’ and ‘training/hands-on experience’.
