As we move through autumn, and towards the darker winter days, I’d like to invite you to join me in an online small group workshop to explore and boost our resilience together.

During this 2.5 hour workshop we will work together to:

understand resilience better
identify the factors that influence our individual resilience
explore how we can draw on our strengths and develop strategies to boost resilience
Together we will create a safe and confidential space, with a maximum of eight participants, in which to share our reflections and Find your Spark!

The workshop will be run via Zoom on 31st October from 10am to 12.30pm (including a short break). Closed caption subtitling will be available.

Find your Spark! costs £72 (incl VAT) but you can take advantage of my Early Bird 10% discount, making the workshop just £66 (incl VAT) if you book by 21st October.
