This workshop will include speakers who will discuss and offer their solutions to the following questions:

• How do learning services in museums, galleries, heritage and performing arts sites plan for the next year and beyond?
• How can we respond to the challenge of continuing a digital offer alongside the upscaling of onsite activity?
• How can we collectively support each other?
• What support do we need to ask for from the wider sector, funding bodies and government?
