GEM North East Natter: Organising events for adults
29 May @ 15:00 - 16:00
FreeVirtual
FREE event for members and non-members
Join GEM North East for an informal online natter to discuss events for adults.
Ruth Sheldon, Engagement Coordinator, from the Great North Museum: Hancock, will launch the session with a short introduction about her Great North Nights. These are a series of late events for adults, focusing on different themes and academic research. She will talk about what works, what doesn’t work and what adults want from her late events.
Following this will be time for everyone else to chat, share ideas, knowledge and experiences through breakout rooms and conversations.
Take a break from emails and bring along your favourite drinks and snacks. All those who work or think about education in a museum, gallery or heritage setting are welcome, whether you are a GEM member or not.
