£35Taster course introducing the basics of working responsibly with adults at risk for those new to safeguarding or in frontline roles
When safeguarding adults, it is vital that they are consulted with and given choices over any actions taken to protect them. This course is designed to help you understand the specific safeguarding considerations that need to be made when working with adults at risk.
This course will explore the additional categories of abuse for adults, when to share without consent, the Mental Capacity Act and how you might identify concerns in the context of the work that you deliver.
