This workshop will include speakers discussing and offering their solutions to the following questions:

• How do we best support staff and volunteers to feel safe returning to on-site working in our learning spaces?
• What measures should we have in place?
• What do risk assessments need to cover?
• What practical examples are there of learning teams supporting staff wellbeing?
• What knotty issues might we need to be prepared for?
