The London Diocesan Fund, in partnership with Islington Museum, are hosting three FREE legacy workshops across London, to share learning from the dynamic Tales from the Crypt project, centred on Holy Trinity Church (renamed the Cloudesley Centre), Islington.

These workshops will be based around three different themes: researching records and building significance; developing artist and creative projects; and interpreting heritage. All workshops will also cover key topics of community engagement, project visioning, and funding opportunities.

The London Diocesan Fund, in partnership with Islington Museum, has undertaken a dynamic volunteer-led research project based around the building of Holy Trinity Church (renamed the Cloudesley Centre), Cloudesley Square, Islington and the stories of the people who now lie in the Crypt. This project has been generously supported with funding from The National Lottery Heritage Fund and Culture Seeds.

In order to share the leaning from the project, and support churches who are thinking of applying to the Heritage Fund, the London Diocesan Fund is hosting three FREE legacy workshops across London. These will be based around three different themes: researching records and heritage significance; developing artist and creative projects; and interpreting heritage. All workshops will also cover key topics of community engagement, project visioning, and funding opportunities.

These workshop will be of interest to congregations, charities and groups who are thinking of applying to the National Lottery Heritage Fund and want to learn more about the activities involved in heritage projects.
