During lockdown, we featured important voices from the museums and heritage education sector in Education Skills Sharing Sessions on Twitter. These weekly digital discussions on Twitter worked to connect education departments at museums and heritage sites across the globe with the GEM audience in a Q&A style format. Every  Thursday from 15:00-17:00 GMT a different learning department hosted an #EdSkillsShare on the GEM account and moderated a live discussion.
