We’re looking for someone who is experienced in designing and delivering workshops for young people, and has the passion and enthusiasm to inspire them to develop their cultural interests, and learn new skills that support their career progression.
This role will be work with key partners across Luton, including schools, colleges, universities and other cultural organisations. The right candidate will be comfortable in presenting themselves and their work to new people, and have the ability to proudly and effectively communicate the Trust’s cultural learning programmes and opportunities.
In this dynamic role, you will undertake the administration of your own projects, including budgets and the coordination of project staff and volunteers. You will be based at Wardown House Museum and Gallery, with opportunities to work across all Culture Trust sites.
