Join the passionate teams at Stonehenge and Old Sarum to bring the story of England to life for 60,000 free educational visitors every year.
You will deliver high quality on-site learning programmes for schools, inspiring students to learn through authentic, fun and engaging activities. You will work closely with the Learning Officers in the development of learning activities and resources, including Discovery Visits, education tours and handling collections. Your delivery style will demonstrate the English Heritage behaviours of Collaboration, Innovation and Empowerment in everything that you do.
You will have a passion for working with Schools and Education and enjoy being a part of a busy team with constantly changing priorities. As a confident communicator, you will be comfortable building rapport with Education Leaders and Operational and Volunteer teams at Stonehenge. As a natural problem solver you will be able to use your initiative to overcome practical issues that come up as part of working in a busy environment
