The Cart and Wagon Shed in Shoeburyness, Essex is seeking an experienced Exhibition Designer to help develop and deliver their new exhibition on the history of Shoeburyness, Britain’s Weapons Development Garrison (1840-1913), and the local environment.
Shoebury Coastal CIC (the Company) wish to appoint an Exhibition Consultant for the purposes of enhancing our draft Exhibition Plans into a Heritage Fund delivery stage submission document (stage 1) and to implement the exhibition (stage 2). The implementation stage, stage 2, will be conditional on the award by the Heritage Fund of delivery stage funding and the receipt of match-funding grants. In addition, following the completion of stage 1, the Company will review the performance of the Exhibition Consultant and will have the option to terminate the contract. The Exhibition Plan needs to be delivered in time for Board review and submission to the Heritage Fund in November 2025. The Consultant/s will be required to provide all services identified within the Schedule of Professional Services included below and identified within relevant Heritage Fund guidance.
