We are currently seeking an Explainer Developer at the National Science and Media Museum in Bradford.
In this role, you will be busy learning about our unique collections to present engaging performances including workshops, tours, science shows, and storytelling to our diverse audiences – revealing wonder to all.
This is a pivotal role to us; although part of the Explainer team you will also have the additional responsibility of working closely with management to research, develop and create resources to aid the development of our learning programme, which will impact and inspire the visitors’ learning experience.
It is essential you’ll be a confident communicator. As such, you’ll need to possess strong presentation skills as well as experience of delivering a range of interactive shows and workshops to diverse audiences. In addition, you’ll have experience of researching, developing and delivering resources, be an excellent team player, and possess enthusiasm around our collection.
