Following a successful application to the National Lottery Heritage Fund, GEM is advertising the role of Project Manager – Advocacy and Partnerships to lead this project, bringing about transformation for GEM.
This 18-month project, A Stronger GEM for a Stronger Sector will create lasting change for GEM through a governance review; renewed organisational vision; training for staff, trustees and volunteers and a robust business plan. These will be developed through close consultation with GEM’s members.
Within this project manager role, the postholder will take on Directorial duties and responsibilities. This post is part-time, amounting to 2 days per week and requires working closely with trustees and the GEM team.
