As a Learning Assistant you will be part of the development, delivery and evaluation of high-quality learning and engagement activities at Norwich Castle Museum and Art Gallery, the Museum of Norwich at the Bridewell, and Strangers’ Hall. As one of five Learning Assistants in the team, you will contribute to the development and delivery of new and existing programmes, supporting Norfolk Museums’ Service to increase and diversify its audiences.
Drawing inspiration from our museum collections and buildings, the post-holder will support curriculum-based provision for schools and formal settings, ranging from Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to Key Stage 5. They will also support a programme of activities for the general public and target audience groups, including families, young people, tourists, new and digital audiences as part of the Visitor Programme.
This is a permanent part-time position (0.57fte), working Wednesday – Friday and alternate Saturdays.
