Run by the BGI…

The NVM is run by the BGI, which is a new national charity set up in 2019 for games culture, skills, diversity and sustainability. The BGI’s goal is to advance the education of the public about the art, science, history and technology of digital games.


The National Videogame Museum is recruiting Learning Facilitators to support our Learning team across our range of workshops and activities. 

In this role, you will facilitate a variety of STEM, arts and heritage activities related to videogames and game making, both digital and analogue, and provide advice and support for family visitors and school groups to help them make the most of their visit. This is a key role for representing the Museum in which you will also implement the museum’s health and safety as well as safeguarding requirements and fire regulations, as necessary.

We are looking for an outgoing and approachable individual, who can communicate effectively with a variety of audiences and ages with patience and enthusiasm. You will be proactive and will seek solutions to problems as they arise.
