The National Coal Mining Museum for England has recently been awarded a HLF grant for its Coalfield Conversations project. This four-year project is aimed at increasing aboveground visitor engagement and focuses on four key areas: site welcome; a new site-wide wayfaring and interpretive signage scheme; new visitor-focused, volunteer-led activities; and growing an up-skilled volunteer cohort.
The Museum is looking for an experienced evaluation consultant to evaluate the project over its four-year life, from initial benchmarking through to interim and then final project evaluation.

Closing date for completed applications: 1st February 2019
