Re-opened after a £23.75 million transformation, the Museum’s mission is to tell the story of Our Army and the people who have served in it; to inspire, engage and educate, though our World Class Museum and Collections. Through our five thematic galleries and our innovative exhibition and events programme, the public can explore what it’s like to be a soldier, why we fought in conflicts – past and present, and discover the impact the Army has had on our society.
We are seeking to appoint a part-time Public Programmes Assistant to assist with the smooth-running of the Public Programme supporting the delivery of workshops, tours, talks, lectures, courses, and special events and assisting with their setup. The post-holder will also have a key role to play in the organisation of the Volunteer Tour Guides Programme.
Experience of delivering public programmes and activities within heritage attractions, museums or galleries is essential.

Interviews will be held on 3 September 2019.
