Careers for All

Author: Leeds Museums and Galleries

According to the Department of Education (2017) 14.4% of all school age children have SEN (special educational needs) and 8% have a disability, despite this pupils with SEND often lack the opportunity to gain meaningful work experience. Careers for All was devised to address this issue. Working with partner schools, colleges and charities, Leeds Museums and Galleries created Careers for All to help bridge the gap from learning in education to earning in the workplace. From career fairs to work experience, Careers for All is as diverse as the pupils that engage in it.

The link below is to the Careers for All toolkit which highlights some activities you can use to inspire young people in the field of careers.
