Glasgow Women’s Library Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan

Glasgow Women’s Library’s Vision is of a world in which women’s historical, cultural and political contributions to society are fully recognised, valued and celebrated by all. Their Mission is to celebrate the lives and achievements of women, champion their historical, cultural and political contributions and act as a catalyst to eradicate the gender gap that contributes to widespread inequalities in Scotland.  The Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) Action Plan details how EDI shapes the work at Glasgow Women’s Library looking at the period 2016 to 2019, and is a best practice example of developing policies in this area.
