Kids in Museums: How can museums support young people’s employment and employability skills?

Kids in Museums wants to see the museum workforce becoming more diverse by creating routes for young people from all backgrounds to work in museums.

Although there may not be many opportunities for young people to enter the museum workforce at the moment, museums can still play a central role in helping them develop transferable skills for employment.
