I support people to develop their ideas. I am a coach and engagement strategist, with over a decade of experience across leadership team and board level. I previously led creative teams at Wellcome Collection.

A natural convenor, I have worked on initiatives across museums, performance, broadcast, publishing, research and funding. My natural curiosity for understanding different perspectives has led to a practice which works across traditional disciplinary boundaries and creates impactful partnerships. I am a big thinker and a straight talker. I can help you think about your high level organisational strategy, engagement plans and your development too.
I live in Welwyn Garden City and work nationally. I listen deeply and have a strong ability to navigate complex ideas, power dynamics and relationships.
I am a certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and have around two decades of experience of leading or developing creative programmes.
