“I feel I now have a better grasp on leading styles and can better advocate for learning within my organisation. I believe that it has given me more confidence in my own abilities and power within my organisation.” – Resilience, Leadership and Me Course Attendee

What will you gain?

Resilience, Leadership and Me will provide practitioners the opportunity to develop their understanding and application of leadership in learning organisations, working with stakeholders, advocacy for learning, planning and managing for learning and your personal career journey.

Participants will share skills and explore the principles of resilience and leadership for heritage learning, helping to put your learning it into practice in a meaningful way. Who is it for? We’re all leaders and this programme puts leadership in the context of heritage learning and organisational behaviours.
