Are you interested in taking your first step into a leadership position? Maybe you’re a new manager and would like some support as you navigate your way through new ways of thinking?

If this describes you then the Emerging Leaders programme maybe just what you need.

What will be covered?

· What leaders do and how they do it.

· Knowing the numbers, governance and driving proficiency.

· Persuasion and other people’s currencies.

· My contribution and next steps.

When is it?

Thursday 5th October 10am until 12.30pm                                  Zoom Workshops

Thursday 19th October 10am until 12.30pm

Thursday 2nd November 10am until 12.30pm

Thursday 16th November 10am until 4pm ThinkTank, Birmingham (TBC)

How much does it cost?

£275 for GEM Members; £330 for non-members
