Are you interested in taking your first step into a leadership position? Maybe you’re a new manager and would like some support as you navigate your way through new ways of thinking?

If this describes you then the Emerging Leaders programme maybe just what you need.

What will be covered?

· What leaders do and how they do it.

· Knowing the numbers, governance and driving proficiency.

· Persuasion and other people’s currencies.

· My contribution and next steps.

When is it?

Thursday 19th September 10am until 12.30pm

Thursday 3rd October 10am until 12.30pm

Thursday 17th October 10am until 12.30pm

Thursday 31st October 10am until 4pm

Thursday 14th November 10am until 4pm

How much does it cost?

£275 for GEM Members; £330 for non-members
