GEM Event: Early Years LIVE

This webinar will be facilitated by Jo Graham, who is well known for her work with early years audiences in museums. Jo will talk about how young children learn and what that means for online provision. She will be joined by a host of colleagues who have created digital programmes that delight and captivate the youngest museum and heritage enthusiasts.

We will be joined by the following speakers:

  • Joe Carr of The Red House to speak about engaging children virtually through music.
  • The Learning Team at Preston Park Museum & Grounds, which is part of the Making a Mark partnership in the Tees Valley, to discuss their Toy Museum programme.
  • Katie Cassells, Family and Young People Manager at Royal Museums Greenwich
  • Sally Sculthorpe, Schools Learning Manager at The Postal Museum I GEM London Rep (on Maternity leave until 2021)
  • Rose Mitchell, Community Learning Officer at Horniman Museum and Gardens
