Accessibility

GEM is committed to making the information and resources we provide on our website accessible to all users.

What are we doing?

To help us make the GEM website a positive experience for everyone, we’ve been using the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user-friendly for everyone.

We aim to be standards compliant and follow general principles of usability and universal design. Whilst we strive to adhere to the accepted guidelines and standards for accessibility and usability, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website.  If you do find any problems, please get in touch.
