Good consultation can guide your work and organisation by providing young people with an active voice, and an opportunity to develop an authentic dialogue that engages and empowers both them and you. Good consultations are stakeholder-driven and consider accessibility, communication, and the needs and well-being of the young people involved.
Throughout the course you will be introduced to effective planning and consultation tools. You will explore engaging, creative ways to communicate with young people, value their opinions and respond to their input meaningfully.
