After their The Future is Now: Museum Youth Summit in October 2023, the Kids in Museums Youth Panel want to share their thoughts and findings about what young people want from museums with a wider audience.

By sharing these findings, we hope to show museums the importance of embedding young people and youth-focused practices at the centre of their organisations.

In this session, you can:
– hear about next steps the Youth Panel and Kids in Museums are taking to advocate for young people in museums as a result of the Museum Youth Summit findings
– contribute to change within the museums and heritage sector
– network with other young people who are also interested in heritage and culture.
