With over 35 years experience across its two directors we have supported museums of all sizes to develop their audiences, develop their learning programmes, refresh their activities, and become more successful and resilient.

Paddy McNulty Associates is a cultural heritage consultancy with expertise in audience development, learning and education strategies, developing educational programmes, strategic development, research, partnership development, facilitation, evaluation and impact, consultation, governance, and organisational and workforce development.

We work with a wide range of clients, including independent museums, Local Authority museum and heritage services, heritage organisations, ACE National Portfolio Organisations, Museum Development Programmes, Arts Council England, professional bodies, Higher Education Institutions, arts organisations, and third sector organisations.
