I support organisations to develop and improve their learning and engagement offer by providing training and support to staff and volunteers, evaluating projects and creating resources.

With 25 years experience in the sector, I have been working as a freelancer since 2014.  I support museums, arts organisations,archaeological units and heritage sites to develop, deliver and
evaluate projects and programmes to support learning and engagement. I create and deliver resources, formal and informal sessions myself and coach volunteers and staff teams to deliver.
I support partnership work and coproduction projects ensuring local communities are effectively involved.  I have evaluated a wide range of projects, including several NLHF projects.
