More Details

We have many years of educational experience as secondary school teachers, learning officers, museum volunteers, freelance historical educators and living historians.

We have provided tailored, historical themed school days for primary and secondary schools all over East Anglia and beyond that meet the needs of the National Curriculum. We aim to provide inspiring, hands-on historical experiences that create a love of history, build confidence and teamwork and which challenge children to think for themselves.

We promote the same values when undertaking family learning and interpretation work in museums and at events.

We specialise in providing historical characters such as Howard Carter, Edith Cavell and many more for schools and museum and community events.

We also provide historical displays and activities for events covering many time periods. We have worked at venues all over the country, such as Peterborough Cathedral, IWM Duxford, Blickling Hall, the Royal Armouries, Mid-Suffolk & Mid Norfolk Railways, the Museum of Army Flying and many more.

Contact us if you need an RAF display for your event. We have a large collection of WW2 RAF photographic intelligence cameras, photographs, stereoscopes and other ephemera and period tentage to display in. We can also provide an RAF Battle of Britain or bomber crew crew display. We have displayed at many places, including RAF Conningsby, Marham and given talks at IWM Duxford. We also provide a USAAF version of the same display, which we have taken to Museums such as the 100th Bomb Group Museum and which has been employed for projects such as the Eighth in the East.

We provide WW1 event displays on the WW1 Tommy, the RFC, RAMC and Edith Cavell & nursing, as well as many WW2 subjects such as the Desert Rats, Royal Naval Patrol Service & the ATA . We can provide displays for most historical periods including the  Victorian army and the Bengal Horse Artillery.

We also provide historical themed arts and crafts activities.
